BlueSoHo, a rapidly growing division of Quad/Graphics, is looking for a dynamic, articulate and assertive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President, Product and Marketing Strategy. The Executive Assistant must be self-sufficient, creative, and innovative thinker with the following qualifications and skills:
providing executive-level administrative support
coordinating and prioritizing daily activities
scheduling and organizing meetings on behalf of the executive
acting as the "gatekeeper" to decide which scheduled events or meetings are most appropriate for allocation of the executive's time
performing administrative support on projects as assigned
coordinating arrangements for internal and external meetings (travel, set-up, refreshments, etc.)
creating and/or editing correspondence on behalf of the executive
We are looking for the ideal executive administrative professional who will enjoy working in a quickly evolving agency and be able to demonstrate the ability to work under our mantra to “Think Faster. Grow Smarter.”
This position requires a minimum of five years related experience, preferably in an agency environment. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a strong plus.
