Perfect Binder Operator

Quad/Graphics is currently seeking a Perfect Binder Operator to work in the Dallas Texas facility. Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Set up, run and maintain/troubleshoot Perfect Binding equipment.
Continuous review of job ticket specifications to meet Customer and productivity commitments.
Operate equipment in a safe manner including adhering to established standard procedures and current Company Safety guidelines surrounding personal protective equipment.
Interact with shift supervision and fellow operators on production issues, job status and productivity metrics.
Responsibility for supervising crews assigned to Binder including Trimmer, Gatherer Operators and any general help, communicating issues or needs to Supervisor to meet productivity needs.
Previous Muller Martini Binder experience preferred.
Mechanical ability to effectively perform equipment operation and maintenance
Prior experience operating Perfect Binding equipment (Muller Martini, Kolbus 18-48 pockets)
Some supervisory experience to effectively manage assigned crew to support productivity requirements
