Quad/Graphics Logistics Sales Marketing and Training Coordinator in Bolingbrook, Illinois

The logistics division of Quad/Graphics, QuadExpress is responsible for moving billions of pounds of time-sensitive freight annually. As a consultative partner, we design customized solutions to deliver our customers’ freight, whether that’s by road or rail, air or sea.

The Logistics Sales/Marketing and Training Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting growth, marketing and training initiatives to increase overall station revenue and profitability. Support the growth mission by using skills and experience to guide and direct stations in an upward sales growth trajectory. Creating, programs, reports, marketing and training tools to help meet goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to stations related to sales, administration and technical matters.

  • Maintain and develop training materials and on-line library

  • Provide training and process enhancements when necessary

  • Communicate with stations and corporate for program roll outs and special projects to include, but not limited to data mining, report generation and distribution, event planning, auditing and process validation

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment, with excellent written and oral communication/phone skills

  • Transportation Experience preferred

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Able to learn quickly

  • Goal driven and highly motivated

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

  • Comfortable working with all levels of corporate personnel
