Quad/Graphics Inside Sales Representative in Bolingbrook, Illinois

The logistics division of Quad/Graphics, QuadExpress is responsible for moving billions of pounds of time-sensitive freight annually. As a consultative partner, we design customized solutions to deliver our customers’ freight, whether that’s by road or rail, air or sea.

Quad Express, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quad/Graphics Inc is seeking and Inside Sales Representatives in the Chicagoland area to create value for our current and future customer base. Responsibilities:

  • Making 40+ outbound called to customers in regards to our Quad/Express services

  • Conduct follow up calls to assigned accounts

  • problem solve with customer concerns and provide training data

  • Assist in department meetings and sales goals

  • Development maintain partnerships with clients and vendors through cold calling generated by external lead sources

  • Identify shipping needs and create a solution for the customer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to develop a creative approach to overcoming hurdles

  • Strong negotiation, communication and problem solving skills

  • Customer Service oriented
